As a small business organization, we would like to provide you with the most pleasant and friendly experience, we will communicate our exchange, return and refund policies as clearly as possible. At Bleacher Society we are committed to your satisfaction, and we understand that some errors may happen. We all are humans.

Returns & Exchanges
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.
Keep in mind that our designs are hand and some of them are just made specially for you. Therefore, before you submit a request to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

Reasons why you want to return & exchange your items
A change in size | It happens that you select a wrong size, no worries. Please include a note that states which size you would like, and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices. Only 1 free exchange allowed per order.
You received wrong item | Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please attach a photo of the incorrect item you have received before you submit the request.
Package lost in transit | If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package we will re-ship a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 10 business days from the last estimated delivery date so we can assist you with the matter. Once we ship the package the customer is responsible to follow the tracking updates because they often contain important information from the carrier.
You received a damaged/faulty item | We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, throw or give it away. The only thing we need you to do is submit a request for a return, and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo, it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we'd love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.
Bleacher Society does not provide prepaid returns shipping labels now and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense. Please note that any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

What products are not eligible for exchanges or returns?
For logical hygiene and health reasons, those products that do not have a label or are broken, stained or have been used. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:
. You have requested a return after 14 days of receiving your package
. You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
. You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because all items are made specifically for you.
. The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item
. If you have placed and order and requested a cancelation because once, you place an order we begin with the printing process almost in real time.
. Order cancelation - we print on demand now you place the order. There are no cancelations for accidental or test order. If you have any questions, ask BEFORE you place an order. Please do NOT place an order if you do not want the product for whatever reason.
. The item(s) have been worn or washed
. The item(s) have been altered in any way
. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
We don't offer refunds - only exchanges or store credit with Bleacher Society Gift Cards because each item is made on-demand after you place an order. Sometimes we would like to be very clear with you because we are a small business organization -> Returns will be made in the Bleacher Society Gift Card mode.

How long do I have to change or return a product?
You have 14 calendar days (from the date you receive your order) to request an exchange.
For products with discounts or promotions such as "Hot Sale", "Black Friday", "Mid-Season Sales", among others, you can write us during the first 5 calendar days from the delivery of your order.

Do changes or returns have any cost?
It is important that you know that if some shipping cost has been paid, this amount cannot be refunded since the guide has already been used. If the package has not left our facilities, then the shipping cost can be refunded in case of order cancellation. The refund will be made as a Bleacher Society Gift Card, which does not have an expiration date to use the refunded amount. Returns of products of international and imported products only are made through Bleacher Society Gift Card with no exceptions.

Cancellation Policies
If you placed the order in error or need a cancellation, please contact us by email at hello@bleachersociety.com as soon as possible and we will do as good as we can do. Because some products are customized, we can only cancel orders that have not left our facilities or partners. As we do not have the inventory, and we will have to contact our brand partner if it is possible to cancel that order/product. This being that the product has not yet been shipped. If we cannot stop the shipment of the product, the product would have to be received and a return processed as indicated in the previous steps.
We do not have that inventory, so you will have to "repurchase" the exchange item. Keep in mind that the import process and service may experience unexpected delays, so we ask for your patience.

Refused Packages
If you refuse a shipment from Bleacher Society for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, customs duties to re-import the package (for international orders) that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
Because all items are custom-made to order and are made especially for you, the refused & returned packages will be processed as returns with a 70% restocking fee, the balance will be refunded as a store credit, or the package will be re-shipped back to the customer.
In some rare cases, we may make a one-time exception for a refund. In all those cases, a 30% restocking fee will be charged, and you must return all the items; all items must be in the original packaging and unworn.
